As a New Car Sales Director, You Will:

• Create a business plan for the sales department with a forecast based on history, anticipated growth and market share objectives and submit it to the General Sales Manager or General Manager for approval

• Manage, direct and monitor all sales processes, systems and activities of the dealership for maximum team performance

• Provide leadership and act as a role model for the department

• Recruit, hire, develop and maintain a professional sales team
